To ensure learning effectiveness, 51Talk strictly controls the teaching quality of foreign teachers. All 51Talk foreign teachers need to go through multiple rounds of selection, comprehensive training and professional assessment from interview to employment. Only 3% of teachers ultimately pass the assessment and take up their positions.

After formal employment, on-the-job training will be conducted every two weeks to ensure the best quality teaching staff.
